The decision was taken on the Company\u2019s own initiative in order to carry out the upcoming rights issue within the decided time schedule. To ensure continuity in accounting, Fragbite Group hereby also presents recalculated financial information in accordance with K3 for the interim period from January 1 to March 31, 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mfn-body\">\n<p>The recalculated financial information for the period from January 1 to March 31, 2024 has today been made available on the Company\u2019s website.
