Fragbite Group AB (publ) (\u201cFragbite Group\u201d) subsidiaries Lucky Kat and Wagmi have partnered with market leading launchpad DAO Maker for the public launch and sale of in-game token $KOBAN.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Shortly before the public launch of $KOBAN, there will be a pre-sale during approximately two weeks when $KOBAN is offered on a number of launchpads. Each launchpad has its own network of members who are offered select projects to invest in before they are publicly listed on exchanges. Lucky Kat and Wagmi have partnered with market leader DAO Maker, a global launchpad known for its rigorous vetting process aimed at connecting innovative projects with their large community of retail and venture capital investors.<\/p>\n

The $KOBAN token is a collaboration between Fragbite Group subsidiaries Lucky Kat and Wagmi. Wagmi is the Company\u2019s issuer of financial assets within web3 and is, in its capacity as a licensed Virtual Asset Service Provider, responsible for issuing $KOBAN under the supervision of the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission. Lucky Kat is the Company\u2019s developer of web3 games and manages the $KOBAN launch process in terms of operations, sales, marketing and stakeholder communication.<\/p>\n
