Fragbite Group ABs (publ) (\u201dFragbite Group\u201d or \u201dthe Company\u201d) subsidiary Lucky Kat is moving forward with the announced node sale project at a high pace. A letter of intent has been signed with another partner, a leading global investment platform. The subsidiary is currently working on finalising technical and operational due diligence and is together with its three launch partners finalising the financial structure of the node sale project.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

As previously communicated, Fragbite Group has decided to expand $KOBAN into a protocol token which allows the Company to carry out node sales. Node sales involve selling the rights to set up and operate a node on our protocol, thus generating revenue for the Company. Lucky Kat has signed a letter of intent with a leading global investment platform that will be announced shortly, in addition to the already communicated letters of intent signed with Node Ops and Node Terminal. These partners will provide launchpad services, assisting in the node sale by utilising their financial and technical infrastructures as well as their individual investor networks. In addition to these three main launch partners with whom Lucky Kat are moving the project forward, more launch partners will be added in order to maximise the outcome of the node sale.<\/p>\n

Lucky Kat is currently working on finalising contracts with all key partners which, among other things, involves completing technical and operational due diligence and finalising the financial structure of the node sales project. Once finalised and confirmed, the financial structure will be press released, which includes information on timeline, price levels and projected revenue.<\/p>\n
