Fragbite Group AB (publ.) (\u201cFragbite Group\u201d or \u201cthe Company\u201d) plans to start the public launch of $KOBAN in the period between the end of the first quarter to early in the second quarter. The initial step of the launch is a community pre-sale, followed by pre-sale on launchpads and then the final launch on public exchanges. Today an agreement with reputable launchpad Republic was signed, strengthening the partner lineup for the launch.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

As previously communicated, the public launch of the $KOBAN token is scheduled for H1 2025. The Company plans for the launch to start in the period between the end of the first quarter and early in the second quarter, but adjustments to the timeline may still arise. Joining the partner lineup for $KOBAN is reputable launchpad Republic with whom a service agreement was signed today. Republic is a global investment platform with over 3 million users that facilitates investments in a range of projects, including token launches. More on Republic: LINK<\/a><\/p>\n

The $KOBAN launch has been brought forward ahead of node sales, a project which is still in the pipeline and planned for H1 2025. The $KOBAN launch has three main steps with the following tentative schedule:<\/p>\n

  1. Community pre-sale<\/strong> \u2013 end of Q1<\/em><\/li>\n
  2. Pre-sale via launchpads<\/strong> \u2013 starts app. 2-6 days after step 1<\/em><\/li>\n
  3. Public launch <\/strong>of $KOBAN, also known as the Token Generation Event (TGE). TGE entails the minting of $KOBAN and subsequent listing of the token on public exchanges \u2013 starts app. 5-21 days after step 2<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The community pre-sale is open to the public, with preference given to Panzerdogs, Cosmocadia, and Kumo NFT holders, previous $KOBAN investors and select partner projects in the Sui ecosystem. Information on how to join the community pre-sale will follow shortly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
