Fragbite Group AB:s (publ) (\u201dFragbite Group\u201d) Chairman of the Board Stefan Tengvall has purchased 454,090 shares in Fragbite Group after the recent acquisition of Fall Damage. The Chairman wishes to take the opportunity to welcome new shareholders.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Stefan Tengvall has during October 12 and 13 purchased in total 454,090 shares in Fragbite Group for a total sum of 992,070 SEK at an average price of SEK 2.185 per share.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
