WAGMI Limited (\u201cWAGMI\u201d), a subsidiary of Fragbite Group AB (publ) (\u201cFragbite\u201d), announces its successful registration as a \u201cVirtual Assets Service Provider\u201d (\u201cVASP\u201d) with the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (\u201cGFSC\u201d).<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

On 26 April, 2022, Fragbite announced that it had started to investigate the possibility of launching an in-game crypto token. In close collaboration with Hassans International Law Firm Limited<\/em> in Gibraltar, Fragbite has now formed a subsidiary called WAGMI Limited.<\/p>\n

WAGMI has successfully filed for a VASP registration and this allows WAGMI to offer crypto tokens in full compliance with the AML requirements of the GFSC\u2019s regulatory framework.<\/p>\n

Following the acquisition of Lucky Kat and its launch of one of the leading Solana blockchain games Panzerdogs<\/em>, the registration is a milestone for Fragbite\u2019s next steps in web3 games.<\/p>\n
