Christian Batist new CEO of Lucky Kat
Christian Batist will in the course of January 2024 take over as CEO of Lucky Kat, wholly owned subsidiary of Fragbite Group AB (publ) (“Fragbite Group”). Herdjie Zhou, co-founder and CEO of Lucky Kat, has decided to transfer to a role as Senior Advisor, focusing solely on web3 monetising and the upcoming $KOBAN launch.
$KOBAN tokens sold for 800,000 EUR in private round
WAGMI Limited (“Wagmi”), a subsidiary of Fragbite Group AB (publ) (“Fragbite Group”), has sold 109,000,000 units of in-game token $KOBAN to private investors for a total amount of 800,000 EUR. This private sale is part of the continued preparations carried out by subsidiaries Lucky Kat and Wagmi for the upcoming public launch and sale of $KOBAN.
Dungeon of the Endless releasing in China
Fragbite Group AB’s (publ) (“Fragbite Group”) subsidiary Playdigious will be releasing mobile title Dungeon of the Endless: Apogee on the Chinese market on January 25th 2024. Dungeon of the Endless: Apogee was released in 2021 on iOS and Android.
Playdigious releases Little Nightmares
Fragbite Group AB (publ) (“Fragbite Group”) subsidiary Playdigious is today releasing Little Nightmares on mobile platforms. Ahead of the release the title was voted “Most Anticipated Mobile Game” at the Google Play Awards last week.
Shapez now released on mobile
Fragbite Group AB:s (publ) (“Fragbite Group”) subsidiary Playdigious is today releasing popular game title Shapez on mobile platforms. Top rated on PC, Shapez is releasing on AppStore and Google Playstore where the game can also be downloaded for a free trial.
