12 December, 2023 at 15:00

Fragbite Group AB (publ) (“Fragbite Group”) subsidiary Playdigious is today releasing Little Nightmares on mobile platforms. Ahead of the release the title was voted “Most Anticipated Mobile Game” at the Google Play Awards last week.

Little Nightmares was first released on PC and console in 2017 and has since been nominated for several awards and with high player ratings. Adapted to mobile platforms and published by Playdigious, the game is today releasing on Apple App Store and Google Play Store. At the Google Play Awards last week, the title was voted “Most Anticipated Mobile Game” by viewers.

It is fitting that Little Nightmares won an award as the most anticipated mobile game, as we have yet to experience a title more requested by the players. Little Nightmares is also an important cornerstone of the Playdigious pipeline for 2023, and I look forward to seeing how the success on PC and console translates to mobile platforms,” says Marcus Teilman, President and CEO, Fragbite Group.

Little Nightmares is a truly unique game title, and I am very proud of the Playdigious team for managing to translate this uniqueness to mobile platforms. We have worked hard to capture the essence and complexity of the game and bring it to even more players worldwide, and I am confident that they will not be disappointed,” says Abrial Da Costa, CEO, Playdigious.

Little Nightmares is a puzzle-platform horror adventure game first developed by Tarsier Studios and published on PC and console by Bandai Namco Europe. The Little Nightmares franchise, which to date also includes Little Nightmares II (PC and console) and Very Little Nightmares (mobile), was reported in early 2023 to have reached over 12 million units sold.
