Fragbite Group AB’s (publ) (“Fragbite Group”) wholly-owned subsidiary Playdigious has signed an agreement to extend the distribution of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge (“TMNT”) via Netflix’ subscription platform. In addition, the game will be released in November on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
In January 2023, Playdigious published TMNT on mobile platforms exclusively for Netflix, an agreement which has now been extended for a period during which the game will be available to all Netflix subscribers. The game will continue to be exclusive on Netflix part of the extended period, until November when it will also be released on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
“This agreement enables a highly advantageous second chapter for one of our most important titles. The game will continue to be available on Netflix after a first successful period, in addition to an extended release on more platforms later this year, allowing for parallel revenue streams. The PC and console versions have done very well in unit sales, and we expect the mobile version to follow as it becomes available for purchase,” says Marcus Teilman, President & CEO, Fragbite Group.

TMNT was developed by Tribute Games and first published in June 2022 on PC and consoles by DotEmu. The characters in the game are based on the popular animated TV series that was originally aired in the 1980s. The release date in November for TNMT on Apple App Store and Google Play Store will be communicated at a later time.
